Information we collect

PM OS does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details to use the training material. The only information processed is technical: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) that our hosting provider, Firebase Hosting by Google, records to operate and secure the service.

Your learning progress — completed missions, streaks, and simulator state — is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. It never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data erases it.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads that keep this site free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

Third-party links

The Vault, Teardowns, and Blog sections link to external websites (newsletters, blogs, and product publications). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; their own policies apply once you leave PM OS.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data. We only use third-party services required to operate, measure, and sustain the platform (hosting and advertising, described above). Server logs are retained according to Firebase Hosting's standard retention practices.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Union or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because PM OS stores learning progress only on your device and collects no account data, exercising these rights usually means managing your own browser storage and ad settings. For anything else, contact us and we will help.

Children's privacy

PM OS is professional training content and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how data is handled — for example by adding accounts or analytics — this page will be updated and the date above revised before the change takes effect.
